Hyaluronic acid or HA has been the buzzword of the beauty industry for the past few years. HA is a naturally-occurring compound in the body that keeps our skin looking fresh, young and supple.
Over time, as the skin ages, it loses collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and volume resulting in deep lines and wrinkles.
Facial Fillers Treatment
Approved by the FDA as a non-permanent skin filler, hyaluronic acid works by binding to water and adding volume to the skin, filling skin folds as well as reducing unwanted lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to reduce nasolabial folds (deep lines that run on either side of the nose to the corners of the mouth), redefine and augment lips, rebuild nose bridges and chins and plump up sunken cheeks.
Each treatment takes about 30 minutes and is minimally-invasive with minimal downtime. The effects are immediate and last for a year.
